What do you enjoy most about your day with Kerrits?
My position involves a lot of multitasking and creativity. In a day I might be making a pattern, working with manufacturers, researching fabrics/ trims, fitting garments and meeting with creative team. I love the versatility and the fact that each day is unique!

What is your favorite Kerrits garment and why?
The Ventilator is one of my favorite tops. It is an easy layering piece and the zip pocket is very handy to store my phone and keys. The Softshell Bootcut is super comfortable and I am looking forward to wearing them all winter long! They are great for riding, but I will be wearing them during long walks with my three dogs.

Tell a story about the best moment you have had as a Kerrits Company team member.
I really enjoy the creative process of line development for each season. I can’t call out a specific moment, but there are many times to celebrate such as when the fit of a garment is perfected; when a new style is added to the line; or when a challenge is overcome by the team. I especially love when the line is complete and everyone is really excited about it.

What do you do to help preserve the Earths resources?
I try my best to reuse and recycle anything that I can and limit my use of things that go into the landfill. This can be a challenge since we live in such a “packaged” society. I also try to buy organic, locally grown produce if possible – good for me and the great support for the local farmers.

Do you have a horse experience you would like to share?
I have limited horse experience, but really enjoyed riding during our Kerrits team-building day that we had this past spring. Kerri brought in her horses and it was fun to watch my co-workers ride, and I got great support and helpful tips from the avid riders.
