Owns
Horse(s): Yes
Primary
discipline of riding: Eventing
How
often does she ride: 5-6 days a week
Why she
is a Kerrits Ambassador: I am consistently trying to find ways to become more a part of the horse world. Horses have been my life since I was 5 years old and I want to be involved in every aspect and in everything I can. I want to help other riders and other horses any way possible.
Her Goals: I will be graduating high school in the spring of 2012 where I would then like to get my business degree with a focus in marketing or advertising. If the school allows, I would also like to get a minor in equie studies. I want to work in the horse world but I want to effect and make an impact. Therefore I believe I have to do this through a business point of view which is great since I love horses, being creative, organized, solving problems and helping others.
I recently bought a 7 year old Andalusian/Arabian and when I bought him he was not even cantering under saddle. He is now showing at elementary level eventing. My goal with him is to hopefully make it to training level since he has great talent to maybe even go prelim. I am also beginning the process of an apprenticeship in order to get my instructors license and I will be a working student for my trainer this February in NC when she is a working student for Eric Horgan.
