Liza Wilson
Owns Horse(s): Yes
Primary discipline of riding: Dressage, Eventing
How often does she ride: About 5 times per week
Why she is a Kerrits Ambassador: I am interested in being a Kerrits ambassador because I have been wearing the product for years and they have always been my absolute favorite. They are extremely comfortable and great quality. The Ventilator Jersey is my very favorite to wear because it keeps me nice and cool out on the x-country course. The winter riding pants are also great at keeping me warm during the cold Canadian winters.
Her Goals: My equestrian goals are to help bring along my mom's 4 year old, show him at walk trot dressage this summer and to teach him to jump. I would also like to have a successful year showing at FEI Pony dressage and to make it to the provincial championships. My long term goal is to make it on to the national young rider’s team for dressage. I am a grade 7 French student and I would like to take as many opportunities as I can to improve my French skills. Next year I hope to graduate with honors. Her Kerrits Story: 2 winters ago I got my first pair of Kerrits winter riding pants. I put them on for the first time and headed out to the barn. As soon as I got out of the car and started heading for the barn door, I slipped on the ice and cut a huge hole in my new pants at the knee. I was so upset and worried that when we went to replace them I would end up with ones that I didn't like as much but luckily we were able to get them sewed back together. Now I am still wearing them all the time to ride and do chores in the winter |
