Review: I like this product -its effective, affordable and easy to use and it does work. It does not seem to make my shirt wet underneath and the thick back protects my neck from the sun too. I do find the effects wear off a lot after an hour or so but then you can just re-soak it and it gets cold again! I have not tried using it heated yet to keep me warm but its great for keeping you cool... The only downside is that this tie gets filthy dirty very quickly - its a magnet for sunscreen stains and arena... More details
